User Data Deletion
This page explains how to remove Instagram data that UmmSaad stores when a business owner connects an Instagram Professional account to their listing.
Option 1 – Disconnect from your listing (instant)
Sign in to UmmSaad, open your listing in the listing editor, and use the Disconnect button in the “Connect your Instagram feed” panel. This immediately deletes the stored access token and all cached Instagram posts for that listing. Your listing and its normal photo gallery are not affected.
Option 2 – Remove access from Instagram
You can remove UmmSaad from your Instagram account at any time via Instagram/Meta: Settings → Apps and websites. When you do this, Meta notifies UmmSaad and we automatically delete the access token and cached Instagram data associated with your account.
Option 3 – Email us
Email admin@ummsaad.com from the address associated with your listing and ask us to delete your Instagram data. We will remove the token and cached posts and confirm by email.
